We are Committed to Serve You

Sometimes completing a work order may take longer than initially anticipated. We ask our clients to be patient and allow us additional time to finish the project. If a customer requests to stop the work midway for any reason, we will evaluate the situation and determine refund eligibility based on the time and resources already invested.

If you are not satisfied with our work for any reason, please contact our support desk. We are committed to addressing your concerns thoroughly. In cases where a refund is requested, we will carefully review the specific circumstances and may issue a full or partial refund depending on the extent of service provided and work completed.

Full Refund

A full refund is possible only in situations where the customer has paid the fee in advance for services and later cancels it 6 hours before the work order starts or if the customer has not accepted a confirmation call the same day.

Partial Refund

We have a 15 days refund policy only in situations where we are unable to fulfill customers requirements.

Any personal information you provide us with, including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside.
